The United States has experienced an explosion in federal, state, and local regulations in recent years and it is not the result of elected officials responding to the expressed desires of their electors. It is, instead a concept of global governance that is now emerging around the world. The proponents of this system of global governance are committed and rich.
For three years from 1998 to 2001, on the Central Coast of California, the David and Lucille Packard Foundation (a private family foundation created in 1964, with assets of approximately $13 billion) funded nearly $500 million in grants to local community foundation organizations in northern California.
The money was disbursed into the counties of Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey and San Mateo. At first blush this philanthropic influx and enormous concentration of money might appear to enrich the lives of the people who live on the Central Coast, yet a deeper look into this pool shows an insidious reflection, and a design to control our lives. The strings from this money attached quickly, and have forged bonds that establish the base and a constituency from which to govern.
A raw design for power, as old as the whole of mankind, is couched in policies that present global answers to the conceptual questions of sustainable development, global warming, overpopulation, economic disparity and international terrorism. These “issues” have as a common thread the declamatory looming doom of the Environment. This is the theme that drives the movement and for which The Packard Foundation’s, Monterey Bay Aquarium and abutting Monterey Bay Sanctuary function as a mighty castle and moat from which to rule, defend and enlighten their noble cause: the Environment.
In much the same way that the David and Lucille Packard Foundation allocates one-third of its total yearly grants to the aforementioned four counties, other corporate philanthropic foundations work similarly with the United Nations (UN) to target their largess in other regions of our nation. Their combined efforts and influence have now blanketed much of the country with corporate trust fund “granting”. The Packard Foundation, The Rockefeller Foundation, The Ford Foundation, The McArthur Foundation, The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and a host of other corporate global-government providers are busy rewriting the U.S. Constitution to the degree that they proclaim national sovereignty an impediment to security and prosperity.
All have aligned themselves with the United Nations and World Bank. This global design and violative policy doctrine now work to undermine the U.S. Constitution and threaten our national sovereignty.
As postulates and programs emerge from the thousands of non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) that receive their grants; the policy that this money buys, is masked in a kind and smiling face. The general aims and goals of the programs are charmingly stated as “preventing deadly conflict”, ” providing opportunities for the young”, “managing the many harms of climate change”; and so on. It is a voice of deceit that adumbrates a call for totalitarian rule. It speaks softly and uses words that sound kind to the mind. The intentions are not.
These people are prepared and more than willing to regulate every aspect of our lives and the lives of our children. If they prevail and this system of global governance succeeds, it will be inevitable that a feudalistic world order emerge, wherein we are ruled by an oligarchy of the elite. If left unchecked, this group of people will dismantle the fabric of our nation and move to historicize and extirpate the freedoms and liberties of our Republic.
The ideas of governance on which America is founded represent mankind’s greatest achievement. The idea that government must be empowered only by the consent of the governed is the most powerful idea about governance ever conceived. It is the idea that will guide individuals and society toward peace, prosperity and the pursuit of happiness.
