In 1991 we saw the concept of smart growth emerge from the lexicon of Mayor Mike Swaim. The Smart Growth movement is a part of the Sustainable Development movement and is the primary driving force behind community organization to adopt Smart Growth like Salem Futures. The U.S. agreed to create a National Strategy for Sustainability during the UN Rio Earth Summit Conference in 1992 and again in 2002. Our Plan should include all Americans and review the reports and recommendations from the President’s Council on Sustainable Development .

I know Randall Franke played a major role in introducing the concept of Sustainable Development in the State of Oregon. I would like Randall to appear before our group and explain what this means to America. As you can see Randall Franke and Theodore Strong played a key role as members of Clinton’s PCSD. Theodore Strong is related to Maurice Strong who is the main instigator in the overthrow of the Brazilian government. A key player in Brazil was the World Wildlife Fund and that same group is a key player here in Oregon and is closely tied with John Ledger, Associated Oregon Industries.

When a politician takes an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States on the day he entered office and fails to uphold that oath is that a high crime or misdemeanor?
